The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. “Great alterations. If you have heat sensitive garments such as a North Face jacket or beaded gowns be careful as they may become compromised. All garments have to be picked up at the dry cleaners where there is a rolling rack that moves under a hot heater in colder weather. This was shared with the owner. Otherwise alterations and cleaning are great.“
