“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. “Excellent dry cleaners! After I moved to Evanston from Highland Park, I tried several of my, new, local dry cleaners. They were unable to remove certain stains from my clothes and I thought I was going to have to throw them away. As a last ditch effort, I decided to make the drive to HP and Joy Cleaners, whom I'd used when I was an HP resident. Sure enough, they were able to remove the stains, my items looked like new, and I was both happy and relieved.
