I had a great experience at The Black Tux at Old Orchard Mall. The fitting process was smooth, easy, and very efficient from start to finish.

Ashley helped me during my visit and did an excellent job guiding me through everything. She asked the right questions about measurements like height and shoe size, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. I was able to try on different sizes and get her input, which was especially helpful since I’m not very familiar with suit fittings. Her recommendations were clear and detailed, and she made it easy to feel confident in my choice.

Natalie is awesome! Amazing customer service. From the initial fit To any service issues that may arise, she is professional, congenial, and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is extremely satisfied. That’s what I expect when I choose any provider But a lot of times it doesn’t happen. I can definitely tell you that she knows what she is doing and will help you look amazing for your special occasion.
