They were great! I hired them to assist in unloading a 15’ uhaul truck at two locations. Two men for 2 hours was just about $300 with a discount for paying in cash and leaving a review. The men who came were on time (early actually!), were kind and friendly, very effective, and treated my items with respect and care. I highly recommend!! They also had excellent communication leading up to the move and during the unloading process.

I was blessed to met Ryan Phillips last month. For the past few years I have been struggling more with my autoimmune diseases. My daughter shared a little about Ryan's story with me and told me that I should talk with him. Thank God I did! He was so easy to talk with and really confirmed that my illnesses were connected to my emotional traumas. He helped be see what will help when just working on the physical issues wasn't doing enough.I highly recommend working with the Phillips. They are amazing souls and have so much to offer.
We needed our driveway paved and they came out almost immediately and gave us an estimate. They came back with a very fair estimate and we hired them to do the work. It took less than two days to have everything done from start to finish. Jeff and Seth were very easy to work with and the whole crew was very professional. Air Conditioner died for no apparent reason...did some obvious troubleshooting and could not find the issue. We are loyal High Mark customers for their annual service and system checks which is normally performed by Chris (a consummate professional, courteous and friendly) for heating and cooling, and this is why. Stephanie answered the call and dispatched a crew for the same day the call was made. Chris was busy so Timmy and Cody came. In less than two hours they diagnosed the problem, had the parts available in their truck and got the air conditioning back up and running without a hitch. Stephanie, Timmy and Cody could not have been nicer people and explained everything they were doing while giving a few helpful tips along the way. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Monarch was wonderful to work with and we are very happy with our new countertops. When we first walked into the show room we were met with happy people that were not at all pushy. When we dropped off our last check we met the owner and he was wonderful. It is always nice to meet great people and receive a great product!
I was hesitant to have my roof replaced and thought it may not be until October or even next year that someone could squeeze me in to the schedule. Jeff at Decra Roofing provided a quote in 1 day and stated the job the next. 2 days of work later and the roof was torn off and reroofed with new roof vents, boots and flashing where needed. The house looks excellent. The crew worked hard and fast and were very careful to not damage existing gutters and gutter protection system.They cleaned up each day and did an amazing job.I was lucky to fit into Decra's schedule but it shows how well organized and efficient they are.
We are extremely thankful to In & Out Painting for the awesome painting they did on the interior of our home. Vern, Matt and the crew did a fantastic job from the estimate to the painting to the actual billing. Matt and his crew were great to work with. Aside from the great painting, they were very friendly, accommodating, and cleaned up daily to insure a comfortable living area during the project. When they were finished, you couldn't tell they were even here other than the freshly painted walls. We can't thank you enough. It was money well spent!

Check engine light was flashing in my truck at the start of my 75 mile commute home. I managed to get the truck up the hill, and called Ponderay Autocare the following morning. They were pretty stacked, so it was a few days before I could drop it off. In the end, I was quoted about $1,500 to replace the intake manifold, spark plugs and attendant wires. The repair took 24-36 hours to get the truck back, and just in time: It is our only 4wd vehicle and there was a big snow storm on the way. Well, a week later, I'm making the exact same 75 mile drive home and sure enough, the truck starts exhibiting the same symptoms for which I'd brought it in; engine misfiring, and check engine light flashing. I brought it back the following morning, and though it was another day or so before they could look at it, it turned out to be a bad spark plug wire and there was no charge for the repeat service. It has been running beautifully since. On the whole, communications here can be clipped and terse, but it also means no nonsense, and I've detected no underlying dishonesty from anyone here. They're very straight up, and very busy, which I consider good things for a mechanic shop. The business itself is pretty small, with two garage bays and a small, closet sized office. Parking can be a little tricky, and unless you know what you're looking for, the business can be a little tricky to spot the first time around. They're very close to the Hoot Owl Cafe, which is about a 5-10 minute walk down the highway, so you can at least grab some quality grub if you're waiting for diagnosis or repair. I live all the way up in the Naples/Bonners Ferry area, but if I've got vehicle trouble again, I'm driving the extra miles to bring it here.
The young lady assistant was so sweet to our dog. She asked lots of questions and gave us a lot of helpful information about how to best care for our aging dog.

Everyone is soo friendly! The professional and thorough attention to my sick Lucy was so comforting. They were excellent at explaining her diagnosis and the treatment they felt would best get her back to her happy fluffy self. They tested & treated her and she was 80% by next day. I've been bringing my dogs here for years.
We really appreciate their help. We were passing through on a family trip, and stopped to troubleshoot our glitchy water pump. The tech took the time to walk through and talk through how to fix it. Was able to get everything working which saved the trip. Thanks again!
