We purchased a brand new travel trailer but quickly discovered a warranty issue with the stove. Then we had a small electrical fire, that also ended up being a warranty issue. Rick came to the rescue. He was able to fix the stove lighting, and discovered the issue that caused the fire and fixed that as well. Hopefully we can redeem some of the cost, but we at least have peace of mind that things are safe and working correctly. Rick put in additional fuses, tested the wiring, and it all works now. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Thank you Rick and Lake RV.

They've only fixed one thing for us, quite speedily though! Called them regarding another issue and were able to look at it the next day quickly to give us advice. Very friendly!
