Very pleased with my experience here. The facility is extremely pleasant. The staff made sure I was comfortable and everything moved efficiently. The next time I need a day procedure I will definitely choose this option.
Had a scope earlier today. And while scopes are never fun, I was very happy with my experience here. Dr Williams was thorough and made me feel comfortable. The staff, nurses, Stu with anesthesia, everybody, were great. They got me in and out early with no surprises. I've had 2 prior scopes at different locations, and these guys (and gals) easily made it the best experience so far.
I had bunion surgery and the Ponderay Surgery Center hosted my event. It was super slick and easy. From my nurse Nancy to my anesthesiologist Stu it was great! I can't wait to get my other foot done in August.
