This is the Second time we have taken our small dogs to Pend Oreille vet in an emergency. They were more than kind and comforting and my little girls are great. I came in last night in an extreme panic as my Chihuahua had been hit by a truck. You all openly took us and dried my tears. I can’t thank you enough Dr Vogel and staff! Y’all called me this am to make sure we were all ok. I feel really good about my little ones treatment and how comforting you were to Me. It means so much ❤️

We have had our cat and our service dog treated here and I will never take my loved ones anywhere else. Today we had to put our dearest Radar to sleep and the compassion these people showed was amazing. I'm so grateful. Thank you

Dr Ponsness is very caring and compassionate doctor. She dogs in to find the answers and consults with other specialists if she needs to for more advice on treatment. The vet techs we have had are friendly, kind, and personable. We drove from 40 minutes to see Dr Ponsness because she is so knowledgeable and caring.
