I always get my glasses at Walmart and the experience is always efficient and very nice. This time a newer employee (Russell) was incredibly patient with my complicated requests AND ... (drum roll, please!) he recommended lenses that help to reduce the effects of looking at screens -- loss of sleep and a tendency to counteract the effects of melatonin. So! If my disrupted, restless sleep improves because of the education he gave me at the appointment, I have Walmart and Russell to thank.
