I receive dermatology care from Shannon Mortenson NP at the Moscow clinic. I'm always treated very promptly with kindness, concern and compassion. She is highly skilled and professional. I sincerely appreciate her care and highly recommend her. Moreover, the Moscow clinic is superb from the moment I step into the office. I can’t say enough good things about North Idaho Dermatology! From the moment I walked in, the office felt welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless.
Dr. Richard and the entire team are true professionals. They listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that actually worked. I saw Dr. Flygare yesterday for a check for skin cancer, and all of my little skin tags. I was so happy he was able to freeze the skin tags and give me an all clear. Everyone I dealt with in their office was very friendly, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend them for skin care needs. I also found out they carry my favorite skin care line, Epionce.
