I called him at 9:45AM and after asking about our availability, he said he'd do his best to swing by close of business the next day. He called back at 12:45PM the same day to let me know he had an opening and would be at our house in 30 minutes.

He did a complete examination of our system, narrowed in on the problematic damper, and even happened to have the right replacement unit in his truck. He got the job done in record time at a very reasonable price and we have a cool second story again!
