“John, Brayton, and Carson were fantastic to work with this week. John came out for a normal furnace maintenance appointment. He noticed cracks (and showed them to me) in the heat exchanger of my furnace. With this in mind and it being 12 years old, he suggested to replace it.Our AC unit was 17 years old and was on tail-end of life too, which meant we needed to look into replacing that as well. Knowing that it was going to cost an arm and a leg, he confidently answered my long list of questions and showed me the best option to finance this operation.We settled on a plan that I felt comfortable with and began the installation work the next day.Brayton and Carson installed our new systems and were awesome by making sure I understood everything that was going to happen throughout the day. They even gave us a tutorial of our new equipment to make sure we knew all the bits and pieces of it.All in all, Schaal is definitely a great choice for HVAC services.
