“Dryer vent cleaning suggested , because trouble shooting diagnostic showed restricted air flow. Technician came and checked vent and air flow and showed all in perfect working order, then provided me with pictures and video. No charge, because it had been cleaned a year prior and showed the vent was not the problem. Highly recommend, prompt, excellent service technicians and employees.“
