I was between a rock and a hard spot late Friday afternoon when I called for service. Dilynn was willing to address the problem. He arrived with a smile on his face and a “can do” attitude. Due to a lack of parts, he was unable to fix the problem. He offered other solutions but, given all of the factors, I elected to wait until Monday and the installation of a tankless water heater.
AC went out, Will came out and fixed it right up! Will was very professional and provided a great image for Indianola Mechanical. Signed up for yearly maintenance to keep everything working smooth.
