“Great communication. Asked us what we needed fixed and did not try to upsell us on more things. Worker who came to our house was excellent. Did good work. It wasn’t a big job so we appreciate them taking this on. Sometimes it’s hard to find people to take on smaller jobs. Just a few areas of siding that needed to be replaced and the frame around our garage door was rotting and needed to be replaced. Overall, very happy with heartland.“

“Phoned Andrew’s roofing Company as I was concerned, I had a possible roof leak because I had some drywall bubbling in my hallway. Mind you I called Monday at 1 o’clock And explained to the gentlemen on the phone today was my only day off and he said no problem. We will get someone out there in the next few hours. He phoned me back to let me know what time a team member would be arriving and that team member also sent a text with their ETA. They arrived at ahead of schedule, were very courteous removed their shoes when entering my home, checked everything out and said they did not find any leaks The gentleman did recommend a few things as maintenance options But felt that there was nothing that needed to happen right now. “We live in Urbandale. In December 2025, due to severe winds a significant amount of shingles on our roof were blown off, many others damaged. I immediately contacted Smart Roofing, Sam sent Luis to our home. Luis immediately tarped the area of significant shingle loss and secured all other loose shingles. Sam followed up the next day with an overall assessment and photos. I’m an inquiring person, want to be thorough. My conversation with Sam was excellent.

I contacted our insurer, Liberty Mutual. It dispatched a damage inspector…who commented the tarp and shingle securing was excellent…and in a couple of days, Liberty advised it agreed with the damage assessment; complete tear-off and replacement necessary. Upon my agreement with Liberty, Smart Roofing met with us, we selected shingle color and Sam’s crew began their work. The project consumed two days for completion. The entire crew was courteous, friendly, and wanted to be certain to not interfere with home and garage entrances. Work close-out and yard cleanup was superb. Sam met with us to review their work, provided photos of work-in-progress and completion, wanting to ensure our satisfaction. We are 100% satisfied… Liberty Mutual was too.

“If you're Delivering here, there is no overnight parking,probably because The entrance between the gate and road really isn't enough room to park a truck with a 48' trailer. Road signs says no parking as well. Winter hours start is 7:30 am and they open the gate at 7:30 and start unloading around 8:00am“
