Jorge is the man, helps out with everything and goes above and beyond. I had a flat roof getting installed on a property and he went thru my list of supplies and let me know what I more than likely needed, which came in clutch. Give that man a raise!
If you're Delivering here, there is no overnight parking, probably because The entrance between the gate and road really isn't enough room to park a truck with a 48' trailer. Road signs says no parking as well. Winter hours start is 7:30 am and they open the gate at 7:30 and start unloading around 8:00am
Needed product yesterday and they had it transferred from another location and onsite within 3 hours. Can’t say enough about the customer service at the Des Moines location. They have always been kind, helpful and friendly. The sample room is expansive and has a great selection of items. Thanks for always helping!
