“Jason R. from Stronghouse took great care of our roofing needs. Working with him and our insurance company went so smoothly. Our work was completed according to schedule and in a professional way. I highly recommend Stronghouse to anyone looking to have their roof/siding done!”
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Legacy Restoration, and a huge part of that was working with Walter Annon. Seriously, he’s awesome.
Walter actually approached me while I was outside and offered to take a look at our roof. He noticed damage from previous storms and encouraged us to look into our options for a potential replacement. What could have easily felt like a stressful and complicated process turned into something incredibly smooth and straightforward because of Walter’s communication, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers.
From the very beginning, Walter was excellent about keeping us informed and following up with our insurance company. He was always available to answer questions, explain our options, and make sure we felt comfortable with every decision. He even made extra trips out to our home to make sure we were confident in our selections and understood exactly what was happening.
What stood out most was that Walter never made us feel pressured. He genuinely wanted us to understand all of our options and make the decision that was right for us. His communication and follow-through were exceptional, and he made a process that initially seemed overwhelming feel easy and manageable.
We would highly recommend Legacy Restoration to anyone in the Des Moines metro, and we would especially recommend asking for Walter Annon. He’s a great guy who clearly cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure they’re taken care of from start to finish
If you’re considering a roof replacement, ask for Walter!”
“Exceeded expectations!! Got my our roof replaced. After drama with a previous contractor and Insurance, I was not looking forward to going through this process again. They understood the situation and wanted to resolve our roof issue without creating additional stress. Answered our questions and gave us our options with straight answers, not once did I feel they were trying to squeeze anything extra out of us. Their crew showed up on the date promised and impressively finished ahead of schedule, with out cutting corners. The crew actually put up some extra pieces of aluminum in a few spots that would help keep water off the house. Between the crew and our contact Matt Lester, everyone was on the same page. I received the type of service that would make me call them for recommendations for services they do not offer. 100% will use them again!”
