“We suspected our roof sustained hail damage following a storm in 2022. Within 2 days of placing a call to Shamrock, Tom showed up to inspect our roof and confirmed we did have damage. Unfortunately our Insurance Adjuster didn't agree with Shamrock's findings and our claim was denied. Determined to prove our claim was valid Tom and the Shamrock Team guided us through the Insurance appeal process even putting us in touch with an Appraiser who fought to get our claim approved.
