We live in Urbandale. In December 2025, due to severe winds a significant amount of shingles on our roof were blown off, many others damaged. I immediately contacted Smart Roofing, Sam sent Luis to our home. Luis immediately tarped the area of significant shingle loss and secured all other loose shingles. Sam followed up the next day with an overall assessment and photos. I’m an inquiring person, want to be thorough. My conversation with Sam was excellent.
I contacted our insurer, Liberty Mutual. It dispatched a damage inspector…who commented the tarp and shingle securing was excellent…and in a couple of days, Liberty advised it agreed with the damage assessment;...read full review
Sam is always very responsive and gets on the job in a short time. He keeps you updated on scheduling and progress. If changes occur he checks to make sure it is ok to proceed with the work. I have used Smart roofing for years and have recommended him several times.
