He took his time to educate us, explaining the differences in our options and even showing us samples of the roofing. Jaymes offered us visuals on an iPad, tangible examples of all materials used and real-world examples of previous jobs/experiences that helped us make the most informed decision possible.
The most impressive thing about meeting Jaymes is company itself. The warranty's they offer are beyond good - we're talking 30 years on fiberglass and 50 years on metal roofing. They spend an impressive amount of time and energy into training their employees and my favorite fact of them all - This company is all about quality. The quality of their roofing materials is something you cannot ignore, no matter which type you choose, you are getting quality materials AND quality service.
If those reasons weren't enough for you - My family is under a tight budget and Erie offered us financial options that were beyond us, something we didn't even think was possible. They quite literally made something unattainable become reality.
