I have nothing but good things to say about the BIG roofing team- they have been amazing with putting on a new roof within just a couple weeks while I’m in the middle of selling my house. Very professional, great job, handled insurance and have been bending over backwards for me and the new owner. I couldn’t have picked a better company. Thank you JD, Chuy and Ale! Couldn’t have done this without you!
In the process of selling out home and inspection found two tabs missing from a recent wind storm, not a huge job. I emailed Big Roofing and had a call back within an hour and Matt was at me place 2 days later and the problem was resolved in less than a week. One less thing to worry about either the move. Would have been easy to pass me over because of the size of the job, but they treated me like it was a huge job. Highly recommend!!
We just had our roof replaced yesterday after some terrible storms and a leak in our roof. Alec came over right away when we needed an inspection and eased our stress when he could get us on the schedule right away for a replacement. They got everything done in not even a full day’s work and it looks absolutely incredible. If you need your roof replaced or a fix up, be sure to use Big Roofing but make sure you ask for Alec if you want the job done right and professionally. He made this experience easy when it could have been a huge headache. 10/10 would recommend!
