I got home to find the washing machine had overflowed and water had already crept into the hall. Water Damage Restoration Required. Prompt answer and reassuring. Water Extraction started straight once and drying equipment was put in place in all affected areas. They were very concerned about Mold Remediation since they said moisture may persist and produce mold. For the following couple of days they worked their way through it all, changing things when they had to. It wasn't easy but their professionalism made a big difference in how smoothly everything was done.
Dr. Jackson is very upbeat and genuinely interested in her patients. She listens and asks questions to understand whatever particular issues you may be having.

Anali has been doing my hair for the last year. After going blonde and wanting to go back to my natural hair, Anali said that treatments were needed for a better success for my overall look. After impatiently, waiting for time and the treatments to help my hair become healthier, she finally agreed to do a perm and let me tell you it looks amazing. Great service ? beautiful full nail set for my daughter (this was her 1st experience with getting her nails professionally done by a nail tech) she had picked out a very intricate design to start off with- this was going to cost about $80.00 [I wasn't content with this due to the fact she is still young and to spend that much on her 1st experience being a newbie- we just couldn't go for that sadly] they were fairly busy during our visit today. We did have scheduled appointments but we were running a little late unfortunately... so my pedicure was up to be done 1st and the tech for my daughter's set was already busy at the time we arrived... so we did have to wait for another tech to become available for her services to be completed-which was actually due to our own tardiness... they were very patient with her choosing another type of nail design and once they were able to get her started it didn't take long from start to finish!! ❤️ needless to say she is over the moon thrilled about her very 1st set of professional nails ?

delores is amazing. I got scared at the last salon when my beautician became very shaky and she wouldn't listen to what I needed. I wanted blonde highlights and I would always come out with Carmel. She would always tell me I think this looks better on you. Never listened to me and we'll don't get me wrong she did my hair for my wedding very nice. But delores first time in here. And she made me feel like I have been going their for years. She listened to me and we got a plain in motion. For the first time I have my faith back in hair dressers. I recommend this place all the way around.

Went to Christyles to get a haircut very disappointing. Waited about 45 minutes past my appointment time .The lady that did my haircut did not have a clue how to cut a cute short spikey pixie .I had to basically walk her thru the cut and style.I finally just had her stop cutting my hair. I had to go to a different salon to have it fixed .I was very disappointed coming from a reputable salon.

Called early in the morning! Came right to the house. Explained everything , quoted and did the work on the main floor drain along with the underground pipes. Had to jackhammer basement floor and put all new in. Very polite, nice, explained everything that needed done. Cleaned up their mess afterwards and was very reasonable priced ! McIntosh Plumbing is a great company would recommend them any day!

At 6 PM I discovered my toilet was leaking water onto the floor. I called Plumbing Today and within a few hours, they had cleaned up the mess, fixed the broken pipes, replaced the toilet and undid a clog. Talk about quick service! Marshall did an AMAZING JOB!
There aren't enough stars for the work he did. We had a problem and had TWO plumbers before I got in touch with Josh. I was told that it was likely a pipe collapse (old house) and it would require DIGGING UP THE PIPE AND REPLACING.
When I talked to Josh, and told him where the house was, he immediately told me that wasn't the case. His knowledge of Council Bluffs was superior. He went to the house the following morning and found the issue and fixed it. It was just clogged.
Also, he uses a camera and sent me the video. I would suggest that BEFORE you buy any houses, that you have him come out and give you that image. You'll know before an issue arises if it is the line or not. Now, I have the ability to know what the pipe looks like and the shape it is in.

Frank and his team are absolutely fantastic. Timely, respectful, and always make sure their mess is cleaned up. Frank has been so reliable to my family since I was a kid, I could not recommend his business enough. They replaced the stack to our toilet all the way from the laundry room to the roof and in timely manner may I add. The entire team is great, respectable and great guys.
We had a drain issue that was flooding our basement and laundry area via floor drain/utility sink, when running the washing machine. From the beginning to end, my experience was wonderful.
Calling to schedule was super easy, and though I cannot recall her name at this moment (sorry!!) - the gal who answered and scheduled our service, was nothing short of understanding, kind and responsive to our needs. She was able to get us scheduled within a couple days, which we greatly appreciated. Never fun getting behind on laundry or cleaning up a water mess.
Thomas N. was sent out to handle this reoccuring issue and I simply cannot say enough positive things about him! He was fantastic from the first step into our home. He was professional, respectful, extremely informative, and kind. I appreciated his thoughts and recommendations, his attention to detail, the thoroughness, with a great sense of humor to take a little stress off the situation! He treated our home and problem, like his own and took great care in work. He assured me he would figure out what was going on and know how fix it. Which he did!!

The personnel from receptionist to dental professional bend over backwards to accommodate and care for their patients. I would like to give a “shout out” to Dr. Beresford. I had a knee replacement three weeks ago and today went in for a loose crown. Her touch is gentle and she is very reassuring no matter how bleak the issue. I was advised by my orthopedist to avoid any surgery for three months following knee arthroplasty.As it turns out, I need an implant due to an issue with a front tooth.Working together, we were able to achieve a healthy solution to this problem. I have used Strobhen for both my dogs and now we bring my in laws dog as well here. When my beagle Daisy got sick they were my first call. That day they couldn’t get me in so I took my dog to the cb walk in clinic vet and they just told me that she had the dog flu. When she didn’t get better and was getting worse they were able to get her in fast. They did blood draws and a bunch of other tests but nothing really jumped out. A place where, pet owners/pet parents can feel safe. They are a vet clinic and offers boarding this is where your pet should be. we went for a vacation, came home and picked up our pets and i complained when I got home because my puppy wasn't acting normally. I got a call within the day so they can get my pet checked up, and they were able to reassure me that my baby is doing fine in his stay. Hearing those words makes my anxiety went down. 10/10 for keeping my pet safe.

All of the small clinics around my immediate area were closed so we had to take a chance on the Velley View clinic to get our 19 year old diluted tortie cat seen. We knew it was likely her time, as sad as it was. The staff got us in the same day and gave us well over an hour and a half to decide to euthanize her, and spend the time with her before during and after. I was very impressed with how sympathetic and patient the staff was with us at such a heartbreaking time. In the future, I will be bringing my animals here for everything. They have helped me with my sheba when my home staff dropped a chocolate frosted donut the doctor there got lay in right away an even let us use the back door the doctor said I should have made the staff pay the only reason I didn't is because she needed a job shes lucky I didn't press charges on her love this place an will use it in the future

They work hard to get to the root of any problems we may be having. They all showed compassion when we had to say goodbye to two of our best dogs. We will only use this vet clinic.
