After being out of town all week I came home to backed up toilets and Elias came out super fast! The customer service phenomenal! I was a mess and had no idea how to handle the situation and he came in and kept me informed through out the entire process and even offered a few different options on how to handle the situation. Timing was great, communication was great, over all just a really amazing experience with Elias!
Juan Conchas with Roto Rooter was very professional and communicated well through out the process! The excavation was explained thoroughly and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest and quality plumbing needs.
Paul and Mat are very friendly. They introduced themselves. They worked very well together. They replaced the toilet shut off valve. They replaced the main water shut off value. A water softener unit and a unit under the kitchen sink for drinking water was also installed. I would recommend them to family and friends. I also will call Paul again if there's ever any problems in the future.
