I cannot say enough Nice things about Josh Bogardus and his company. My parents sewer system had backed up and I needed to get someone over there ASAP. Josh came over to help them.The very next day , I was so grateful to him for getting over there so quickly. Josh is very good at what he does. He's very professional and very personable. He was explaining the process and showing me what the sewer line looked like on his computer.YUCK !! They had tree root growing through their sewer pipes. Sunday afternoon my husband and I discovered our floor drain in the basement had backed up sewage. We had an individual over later that night to snake it, but no luck.
Monday morning comes; I call another company out to our house. They started the work, but they got their snake stuck in the roots amount 20FT into the line. They tried so hard to get it unstuck that they ended up wrapping their snake line around itself.

Josh is a lifesaver. Another company got their snake stuck while clearing my drain, Josh came rescued them saving me a hefty sewer replacement bill and then proceeded to completely clear out my lines while showing me and educating me about my sewer system. 100 stars out of 10
