I've taken my pets to this clinic for over 40 years and have always been happy with them. From the front desk to the vet, I've always been very satisfied. I love this place! Dr Cox is amazing! Very thorough very patient! I've always brought my dogs/cats here since the was a kid. Even when I go somewhere else I always find my way back here. It's basically like a second home for my pets! The staff is super nice I love them! P.s. the best time to avoid the grumpy RECEPTIONIST who is very unpleasant, is WEDNESDAYS! SHES OFF ON WEDNESDAYS! don't disregard the care they have for animals because of the grumpy lady who answers the phone... It hurts to see all the bad reviews about the receptionist I know it's Amy I can't stand her. So go on a Wednesday she's not there. And it will be the best visit I promise. ❤
It's been a few years ago. The doctor was very very caring n I felt she really cared about my Corgi Beef. It was the best thing I could've done for him. Older fur baby n losing control of his organs. Toughest thing I have ever gone through. I held him n talked to him the whole time and they let me be alone with him. Respectable all the way n then I had to run out of the room. Tears were flowing both happy n sad tears. Ty Dr.
