I can’t remember who I talked to when I called, but she was really nice and professional and answered all my questions I asked when setting up an appointment for my sweet kitty I am looking forward for the appointment and meeting the staff.

I just switched from a different clinic to here at Valley View and I have to say it was the most wonderful experience. The staff is super nice as is Dr. Lee. I have an Australian Shepherd and he's a very anxious dog. At the other clinic he was always nipping so they would take him to the back to do his stuff to where I would hear him scream, they would also muzzle him. With Dr. Lee we didn't have to do any of that. They distracted him with lots of treats to do the shots and we didn't have to muzzle him. Dr. Lee takes her time to make my dog feel more comfortable and it was also cheaper than going to the other clinic for his yearly visit. I would 100% recommend Valley...read full review
