Have seen several complaints about their $80 exam fee. That's VERY REASONABLE! Trust me folks...I worked for an emergency vet clinic for 7 years. Their fee was 2 1/2 times that. And I know for a fact most other vets are at least $100. I went here for the first time yesterday. I was grateful they were there, because noone else could see him. They were up front about the tests they wanted to do, they showed me the cost on paper, and I had to sign off on it before they did them. So no surprises on the final cost. They gave me the choice to say no if I didn't want them done/couldn't afford them. I am very satisfied with the care my pet received.
After being dismissed and rudely turned away by our regular vet in an emergency situation we brought our cat to Council Bluffs Veterinary Clinic. They took him in right away with concern, care, and professionalism.
While waiting while they worked on my cat I saw how they treated other patients from just routine vaccines to an end-of-life situation. I am so impressed with the level of care the whole staff gives their patients and their families.
I am so grateful for them helping my best friend and hopefully he will continue to recover. I will now be coming to them for all my pets' health needs. Just thank you guys so much.
We are extremely thankful to the entire team. They are so wonderful with our very anxious boy who is so sweet at home but can really be a handful around people he does not know. Thank you for all you do!
