I started going to Hint and Hue last year after trying to find a salon that met my needs, and I am SO thankful it was recommended to me by a friend! The salon itself has a great vibe, which is possible by the decor and the interactions between the stylists and clients; it’s evident the stylists are passionate about hair and enjoy working together. I have a gluten allergy and can’t use any hair products that contain gluten. Bethanne did her research and found safe products to use on my hair! She is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible stylist. I’ve always wanted my hair to be a lighter color, with cooler tones instead of warmer tones. Getting my hair to be the color I want is not a quick and easy process, but Bethanne took the time to make sure I got the results I wanted! She is super meticulous, resulting in hair color being perfectly blended. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Bethanne! She is phenomenal!

Super clean, very welcoming, and the best service I’ve received at wonderful prices especially for the quality. My manicures easily last several weeks without chipping even going to the gym daily and being otherwise pretty rough on my hands and nails. They remember me by name and are always so friendly! 10 stars!

I was so appreciative of Jon and the care he took to explain things during the inspection. Having to travel from out of state, Jon was able to schedule the inspection to coincide with my limited time in Iowa. He had excellent communication, reaching out both before and after the inspection to make sure any questions I might have were answered. And that report! I’ve had home inspections before but none were as thorough and informative as his. I was able to get some important concessions from the seller based on Jon’s findings. Jon is worth every penny, and more. If I could give higher than five stars I would. Thank you, Jon!

I’ve been going to Top Nails for 4 years now and my nail tech is no longer working there due to moving to another town.. the young lady he left all of his customers to is a sweetheart and is excellent at what she does… she’s definitely my is my go to person now. The other staff members are really nice and helpful as well.
I have always enjoyed getting my nails done at Luxe! I only get them done very seldom & know they will do a good job! With that being said, last week when I went with a friend it felt like we were being rushed through every step!! I know the more they do the more $ but I’m afraid if my next experience feels rushed I won’t be returning! It was my friend’s first time there & I was a little embarrassed because I told her what a great place it was. They need to slow it down a bit and maybe quiet it down a little bit also so it can be a bit more relaxing! I’m afraid they are getting so big that they are loosing some of the points that make me like them! Always very friendly for the most part!!

I went to Wild Hair for years before I moved and stop by every time I travel back to visit family. I always leave the shop feeling genuinely seen and cared for. Rob is one of a kind. Apart from the excellent service and loud rock music, the hair cuts are always on point and “super hot and sexy.” It’ll be a sad day when Wild Hair closes. I have very fond memories of Rob and Wild Hair.

I have gone here for over 20 years and have never gotten a bad cut or color with Liz doing my hair. Their studio is always clean and has the latest hair care products. E-Clips is a gem for the Cedar Valley. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and that your hair and look is important. They really do want you to walk out pleased with their services.

We had such a wonderful experience with Emily! My son is very indecisive when it comes to his haircuts, but Emily showed incredible patience and kindness. She took the time to ask him lots of questions, made sure he felt comfortable, and never rushed the process. Her calm and friendly approach really put him at ease. On top of that, his haircut turned out fantastic! I can’t recommend Emily enough for anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens and goes above and beyond!

Aaron at Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is fantastic! He’s cleaned our carpets a couple of times now, and I’m always so impressed with the results. Four bedrooms, hallways, stairs, our couch, and dining chairs all came out looking and smelling so fresh and clean. This last visit, he even stretched the carpet in a few rooms—such a bonus! He’s super easy to communicate with, flexible with scheduling, and very affordable. Highly recommend his services!
Chem-Dry was INCREDIBLE to work with. Mark was very straightforward and explained the whole process clearly to me. There were no surprise payments, everything was very upfront. He was also super nice and the basement smells sooooo much better than it did before. The pet enzyme treatment worked wonders because there were multiple cat pee spots. I can’t recommend their services enough. Awesome customer service!
Our project is scheduled soon, but they have been great to work with thus far. They had records showing what was previously put in the house and even found some of it in stock even though it had been discontinued. Communication and customer service is topnotch.

BEST FLOORING COMPANY AROUND. I’m new in town and needed new floors for new house, and BK flooring was the only company who was willing to take on the hard job of leveling my concrete foundation home before installing vinyl flooring. Previously, the whole house was carpet — everywhere. The entire process finished a lot quicker than I expected. Great communication, great service, great installation, great result. Couldn’t be happier. Big shout out to Marta who was my main contact and helped me through the entire process. Can’t recommend enough!

I should have written this review last month but really I didn't expect Quegg would finish siding our house so fast! Bruce and Will were wonderful, professional, happy to answer all of my questions with interest and patience! From start to a speedy finish, we couldn't be happier with the results, the siding looks fresh and sleek and is well fitted and finished around each spigot and outlet, and soffits. Will went out of his way to add new lighting fixtures for us too! We were referred by friends to work with Quegg Siding and I understand why now, they treat you like family!

We have used Magee Construction for three projects in the past year. One was a big bathroom remodel and the other two were smaller projects due to unexpected needs in our home. All three projects were handled very professionally. We feel prices were fair and all was quality work. They are quick to respond, always on time, always friendly.
The guy I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and was very nice. He spoke with me for a while, even though he didn't serve my area and gave me his opinion and gave me suggestions.
A lot of businesses won't even waste their time talking to you if they don't serve your area, so it was a pleasant surprise talking to him this evening. It's too bad they don't help here though, it's hard to find anyone who treats for termites near me. :(

Finally, a Dentist we LOVE!! Highly, highly recommend Dr Amanda Brenden if you have kids!! So family friendly, kind and fun. A little TV nook in the waiting area, sunglasses to help with the bright light while on the chair, the kids got to make decisions about fluoride flavors and toothbrushes, and they each got gold coins to use in the toy machines when they were done! Best dental experience my kids have ever had ?
Had my initial visit with them last week and I had a very good experience. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist/assistant, and the dentist himself. I’ve been to three different dentists in the past five years and this has been my favorite. I appreciate you all for the great service!

Nice people, but extremely expensive Vet clinic here in the CV. The prices this place charges reminds me of those hoity toity, high society fancy dentists offices that have been springing up all over the Cedar Valley. Super nice people, and do good work, but 1/3 again as much $ as your regular ole vet clinic that has just as friendly people there doing just as good of work.
My Boston, Charlie, has been coming to Companion for years. We have been treated with nothing but honesty and kindness. Both very much appreciated! The whole staff has a way of making you feel that they actually care about you and your pets.
I would like to start, whenever I tell my dog Macho that we are going to the vet, his tail wags and he gets excited, I have never had a pet do that. Ever since I have taken Macho to Cedar Heights Pet Clinic my pet receives the greatest treatment. Macho goes there frequently for bathing because he loves working with the vet techs and the groomer. They are very knowledgeable, and their advice has always helped with anything my dog Macho or my cat Tommy needed. It's nice to see a vet clinic who know your pets by name and care about them, like your pets are their pets.
I’ve been coming here ever since my dog was 12 weeks old and had to get in due to an emergency seizure (he’s almost 6 now) and they’ve worked with him so greatly. He’s a bit (very) feisty when it comes to the vet, and they handle his sedation amazingly. He has seizures, so they check his medication level twice a year to make sure he’s doing well with that.
I couldn’t recommend this vet enough to anyone looking for a reliable and dependable vet that treats all of their furry patients like family. Sadly, we moved and have to find another clinic (I still drive two hours to them as of now because that’s how much I trust them with my baby), but I don’t think I’ll find anyone as great as these people!
Our sweet pit bull was diagnosed with cancer. So sad, but the doctors and staff are so great. They made even this hard time a great experience.
Love this place! As soon as I took my first class here I knew it was were I should be to further my practice. The instructors all have different yoga backgrounds so there is great diversity from class to class & something to learn from everyone. The community of yogis are so welcoming too!I also teach here once a week on Saturday mornings and the owner, Sarah, & her #2, Julia, are the sweetest people & teach absolutely lovely classes.
Just finished my second class. very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Mixes a very relaxed/peaceful atmosphere with some awesome YOGA.I can tell my hips and shoulders are being tested, exactly what I need! very excited about this journey I have started. highly recommended!
Dan is AMAZING if you have neck pain! When I leave, I feel great! If you tell him your area(s) of concern, he makes sure to hit that area hard while also giving attention to all the other areas! Nice, quiet, relaxing environment!

Hands down the best massage. Tonight was my 5th or 6th visit and I got someone else. I wish I knew how to request her again. The other ones have been good too but this lady was amazing. She really took her time and wasn't afraid to use some pressure to work knots out. When I go for a massage it is to get out of pain and relax every place I have ever went has just been relaxing but not the pain relief I'm looking for. This place is a hidden gem! Not to mention i called at 3 and was able to get in at 6:30 which i truly appreciate since i don't always know ahead of time a good time for me to schedule in advance. -Layla
I would recommend Asian massage very highly and their executing deep tissue massage also the use of hot rocks to alleviate stress while massaging. Well skilled in exercising the methodology of . Knowledgeable and friendly use of mask for protection health safety. Great relief in pressure points. Excellent.
