City Builders receives high praise for their exceptional work and customer service. Al Carpenter and the crews, including Mario's roofing team and Jessie's gutter guard installers, are commended for their high-quality work, professionalism, and thorough clean-up. The company's window installation service is also highly regarded, with new windows offering great insulation and a professional installation process. Dwight and Justin are praised for their informative approach and attention to detail during the installation. City Builders' competitive pricing and overall excellent service make them a recommended choice.
I needed a sliding glass door installed and chose City Builders. Their experienced office manager quickly scheduled a same-day home visit with an expert agent, who assessed the project in minutes and provided a very fair estimate. On installation day, the installers, Nate and Samir, arrived early with the door in hand. They worked diligently all day, showing true dedication to a high-quality installation. The door looks fantastic. I am very happy I got to work with them. Thank you, City Builders!

We had City Builders build our Four Seasons room and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The whole crew was great to work with—3 carpenters (Caleb, Cody, Carter) and John and Tim who handled the deck removal and footings all did quality work and took pride in what they were doing.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and how well they listened. They paid attention to exactly what we wanted and got things right the first time without us needing to repeat ourselves or constantly check in. Communication was easy, the work area stayed organized, and the craftsmanship really showed throughout the project.
Nathan just installed storm doors to our front entry and our back deck. He did a superb job. As so often happens, challenges occurred during the installations, but he always found solid solutions. I enthusiastically recommend him, and City Builders, to everyone!
