It was a wonderful experience. The teacher was amazing. Her voice was calming and assistive throughout the progression of moves. The room was large and allowed for everyone to have plenty of room. Highly recommend!!

the studio and staff are very welcoming, there's usually a good mix of mindfulness along with the movement. most Yogi's I have experienced there give good cues so beginners to experts you will all get something out of a class
