First time to a chiropractor and felt very welcomed, understood, and taken care of! We went through all my symptoms and history without rushing then very thoroughly checked and adjusted as needed. Everything was explained as it was done. Planning to make this part of my wellness toolbox!

Dr. Dugger was recommended by my future daughter-in-law because of the dry needling. I was greatly impressed with the service Dr. Dugger provided. He listened and understood my needs. He offered his best of what he felt I needed and was ready to pass me along to Dr. Rasmussen who accepts my insurance. But given what I felt was sincere care for me, I decided to stick with him. I do have a chiropractor I see regularly and with whom I have been very happy but doesn't do dry needling.

Jennifer is a very caring chiropractor. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, and accessible. I could not be happier with my chiropractor, and she does acupuncture and cold laser which helps, too!
