Just finished my second class. very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Mixes a very relaxed/peaceful atmosphere with some awesome YOGA.I can tell my hips and shoulders are being tested, exactly what I need! very excited about this journey I have started. highly recommended!

This is the best hot yoga studio I’ve had the pleasure to practice in. We are from Green Bay and I make time to join a drop in class whenever we are in town. I feel the warmth from your amazing community., in spirit and physical space. Thank you!

Nice location, beautiful studio, friendly staff, skilled teachers. Highly recommend if you are looking for hot yoga in CF of Waterloo, give this place a try, you won't be disappointed! - Jeff
