Just finished my second class. very welcoming staff and atmosphere. Mixes a very relaxed/peaceful atmosphere with some awesome YOGA.I can tell my hips and shoulders are being tested, exactly what I need! very excited about this journey I have started. highly recommended!

This is the best hot yoga studio I’ve had the pleasure to practice in. We are from Green Bay and I make time to join a drop in class whenever we are in town. I feel the warmth from your amazing community., in spirit and physical space. Thank you!
