I honestly can’t say enough positive things about Hawkeye Exterminating! While visiting family over Christmas we discovered that we likely had a mouse problem in the basement of our 150 year old family home. Not knowing who to call we took a chance and called Hawkeye exterminating. This was on Dec. 23rd when the temperatures were brutally cold.
Mike, the owner, came out right away, and spent quite a bit of time checking the basement and then the outside foundation of the house.
He clearly explained what needed to happen as well as the cost. He set the mouse traps and even went above and beyond by installing a new dryer vent for us.
Mike has been thorough, clear in his explanations, considerate and was very helpful and timely each time I called!
He’s located in Cedar Falls and I’m thrilled to know we have such a caring and dedicated person in our community!
