I had a question and after trying to find answers online I decided to call Hawkeyes. He was able to answer my question and took the time to reassure me that we were safe from an infestation and I didn’t need to worry.

We had an issue in our home needing attention. Mike was a bit late on day of appointment, but courteously called to let us know he was running behind schedule. No problems for us there. Mike was very professional on site and seemed very knowledgeable. Assessed our situation and provided solutions that we could do ourselves or that he could help us with. He provided great onsite education and was able to answer all our questions. Just implemented his suggestions so we will hopefully see positive results soon. We had a problem with Yellow Jackets that had gotten inside of the house. Mike was able to get here quicker than anyone else.He assessed the problem and was able to take care of the little buggers so they were no longer a problem. We are a month past when he was here and still have seen no yellow jackets re-appear. I am confident he got our issue taken care of.He was on time and great to work with.We would call him first if we have a problem in the future!
