I booked online and got an appointment with Dr. Albert Police just before our return flight. He took the time to listen, asked about my history, and gave several precise adjustments that made a huge difference. I left feeling so much better. Highly recommend for visitors and locals alike!

My husband and I were both patients of Dr. Greco's recently and had minor surgeries on our lips. She and her staff were kind, professional and skilled, with clear post-op instructions and supplies. It is not my first visit with Dr. Greco, but it was because of both my daughter and my previous visits that made me very comfortable returning. I was visibly terrified, but she was patient and gentle and I am so glad I had this procedure done. I would recommend her and her office staff (Karen and Laura) to anyone, even if they have to drive a little farther from Kona. Mahalo nui loa!

Had an AMAZING pregnancy massage here today. The pregnancy pillow was so comfortable and it felt so good to actually lay on my front. Shiadani was an amazing masseuse, worked out all my tension! Highly recommend!!!

I had the most amazing massage experience with Kaiulani. She was highly recommended by a friend who is a longtime client. I’m so grateful for that, because this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I especially appreciate the extra time she spent talking with me prior to the massage, to really get a feel for my needs and former body injuries- it was a fantastic experience overall. I felt so great the next day, and still do! Oftentimes after a massage, I feel a little bruised and sore the next couple days and my muscles tighten back up- but I felt none of that! I even told my husband I felt so refreshed and even less tired! My problematic areas (shoulder and back muscles) are more relaxed and haven’t had any headaches since. I also truly appreciate the extra health and safety precautions Kaiulani takes. I am only here on the island for a short time, but I would come back regularly if I could and recommend her to everyone who wants to experience a true healing for their body.

I never expect miracles. However, I received one today. It was Kate Bush.

This technique was accomplished with quietude and Kate’s intuitive ability to restore my inflamed L4-L5 back pain.

This wonderful lady is the most tender handed waxer I have ever had the privilege to help remove my hair. Ripping out our pubic hairs is never going to be easy, but Desirée has mastered a soft handed technique I have not come across before. Very methodical, and high attention to which specific way the hairs grow. This ensures the least amount of pain possible, and makes the entire experience much smoother to endure. She also has a high vibing spirit that is entirely noticeable. People of her caliber always have the tendency to make your day feel brighter ?

We worked with BJ and his experienced team to renovate our home in Honokaa. They took our beige 90s home and brought it into the current century. BJ and Amy were able to guide us in our design choices and gave us some good supplier recommendations for the renovation. They finished our project in a couple months and it looked great at the end! They took a wall down in our kitchen and turned it into my dream waterfall edge island. Our bathroom is now a spa I look forward to using daily. The carpet is all gone and replaced with nice LVP from Floor Coverings HI. After we moved in we noticed a small leak and a few paint spots that needed a touch up. They fixed the problems right away! John is great! He really takes time to massage the soreness out. My husband has an injury and after one treatment he felt so much better we have been coming ever since. Place is clean abd quite. Very nice people and professional and I would recommend!
A truly blissful experience! Jacy is very skilled and she really took the time to find out about my problem areas and then made them disappear. I've had several massages on the Big Island and this was by far the best experience.

I was absolutely blown away by the magnificent ginger flower crown Ainahua Florals created!!! It truly was exquisite and enchanting. The custom rose petals sprinkle added an extraordinary touch to my beautiful private beachside birthday celebration. Given, the communication via email obtaining responses to all my inquiries was a bit spotty and I didn't receive the formalized order/receipt I anticipated, I was concerned. However, when this breathtaking crown was placed on my head, all was forgotten and only gratitude remains! Thank you so much, Lia, for delivering such a glorious flower crown on a momentous occasion. Very beautiful salon… she’s very good at what she’s does makes you feel very comfortable one minute ur nails are looking unfixable and the next it looks like a whole new foot. she was supper gentle with me supper love her ❤️
Well, I won, so there’s that. Communication was some times lacking but things were getting taken care of. I just felt out of the loop often. Robert would give advice, but would also allow me the freedom to go against his advice if felt strongly enough about my position. Always very professional.
I had a massage here a few days ago with LMT Shannon, and she was absolutely wonderful! Very nice and professional. Probably the best massage I have ever had, and I have had a lot due to old car accident injuries. I highly recommend getting a massage with her!
I have very curly and kind of wild hair and when I went in to ask if they had anybody there who knew what to do with it, Hephzibah was immediately recommended to me. She reached out, set an appointment for the following day, and got to work! She absolutely killed it, knowing exactly how to handle my unruly tangle. Dr. Jackie and staff are great. You can really tell how much Dr. Jackie and the team love and care for the animals they treat. I've never seen a vet sit on the floor with a dog to enjoy some doggie love and kisses. Really heartwarming. Always a pleasant experience all around.

Although the hotel itself was nice, it was really the location that made it exceptional. The beach is fantastic, and kids can use all the boards and snorkels for free. The rooms are great—the AC works well, the large sliding doors let in plenty of fresh air, and the beds are very comfortable.
Don’t miss the manta rays; the viewing area is conveniently located right below the Manta restaurant.
Even though the hotel is adding new structures, there was no noticeable construction noise.
KNBR doing their early morning show directly under the rooms was a definite “what the heck?” moment—why not set them up near the tennis courts instead?
Clear guidance on designated smoking areas would also be very helpful. I asked the valet staff where smoking was allowed, and they told me I could smoke under the big tree to the left of the valet area. But when I went there, an employee rushed over with a serious expression and told us we had to move near the construction area. Then I asked the front desk, and they told me I could smoke anywhere as long as I was 30 feet away from the building.
Confusing? Absolutely. :)
Overall, the staff are wonderful, the beds are comfortable, and the beach is truly one of a kind. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast buffet had several issues: the bacon shouldn’t be covered in a way that traps moisture, and the sweet melons need to be properly covered. Don't forget to try local Papaya.
My family has been taking our dogs here for over 25 years. We totally trust them and have never had a negative experience with them. They are always knowledgeable, responsible and friendly.
The online reservation system was very user friendly. Receptionist was efficient and very helpful. Suzy was very thorough with my haircut. Next time I will definitely ask for Suzy and will pay extra to get blow dry.

Dr. Min is knowledgeable, communicative, and takes time to explain things. He went over treatment options in a clear and concise way. All office staff and techs at the Kamuela specialty clinic I interacted with were very friendly.
