The team, including Charles and Nathan, are courteous and respectful, addressing clients as "ma'am" and confirming appointments. They work efficiently, arriving on time and completing jobs within a reasonable time frame. Nathan, in particular, is praised for his expertise in fixing a variety of issues, including toilets and water heaters. He works neatly, has all necessary parts ready, and explains his work. Action Plumbing's pricing is reasonable, and they are recommended for their professionalism and friendliness.
Great two man team for my bathroom renovation. Came in and moved water lines, moved drainage for my toilet to a new location, reinstalled ventilation system for two vent? and married together the correct way. Did all this in one day, Awsome Job!!!
This company is amazing! hired them in the past for a couple of jobs and still use them around the house and I can’t express the gratitude and appreciation for someone who takes the time to explain and make sure we are happy with the outcome. Great work, good vibes and just a honest type of customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you again!
I thought Nate did a great job. Fixed 2 toilets and a garbage disposal. Very efficient and knowledgeable and came in under the price that was quoted. That usually never happens. Feel very confident in his work.
