“I’m a bit late writing this review as I concluded PT in July of 2022 but here it is! I had Mike and Kamalei as my PT’s after my ACL surgery and they were honestly the best people I could’ve asked for. The first few months were really hard but they were incredibly supportive and that made the process so much easier. I was always excited to go to my appointments because the entire staff was so warm and welcoming, which made me comfortable despite my injury. By the time I was cleared, I felt like I had made a little family there. Highly highly recommend. :)“

“Aaron trained me several years ago at Hon Club and prepared me for the Fittest Executive Honolulu contest. I placed in Honorable Mention on my first try! He pushes you hard if that is your passion but also monitors what you are doing and how you are doing it. No nonsense style and will give you what you deserve in a trainer. When you reach your goal or a level that he cannot improve for you - he will end the training. He does not take advantage of you if he cannot provide any more value to what you want in your fitness. For that, I totally respect him. Glad to see he is continuing his passion, which is fitness for all of Hawaii.“
“Best place to train future stud athletes hands down. Offers everything from beginner to advance level training for anyone and everyone. Coach Paul and Coach Brandon are the best at what they do. Each is uniquely qualified and both have first-hand experience playing at the next level which gives them a deeper understanding in what they want to accomplish when they train. That next level mentality is passed on to the athletes when they train so they develop both physically and mentally. As with everything, you'll always get back what you put in so the results will coincide with the effort... But if you dedicate all of yourself to the process, the sky's the limit with these guys. 1 on 1 trainings are worth every penny as the focused attention allows the workouts to have a higher intensity and impact on you/your athlete. “My very first time joining was very welcoming and i love that the coaches motivate you and I also love that they correct your form so you dont get injured im definitely becoming a member after my 2 week trial. The Gym is always cleaned and sanitized after so you dont have to worry :)I loved it I sweated even more than i normally do im definitely more motivated to stay more healthier now thank you F45 family :)“
“I was having trouble canceling my membership because I was moving to a place where an Anytime Fitness didn’t operate. Coach Nikki made the process simple and provided more than adequate communication throughout the process by calling and sending photos as receipts. I have had bad experiences with gyms and canceling memberships but not over here. The staff is very understanding and helpful.As for the gym it rarely gets too packed inside and I’ve always had a good experience as a member for 3 years.“
“Zumba class at ATF Aiea with coach MJ is energizing and so much fun! She encourages, teaches and challenges us throughout the class. It’s an awesome full body cardio workout class!ATF Aiea Gym is kept clean and organized; no waiting for equipment. Coach Keoni is the best! He creates the group fitness program and has options for beginners to advanced training. He also gives us advice on pre and post work out nutrition/supplements. Always positive and supporting our fitness, health and nutritional goals!“
