    I'm from the mainland and dropped in for a class today. This was amazing! I've been doing CrossFit for many, many years, and honestly prefer this over CrossFit. In addition, the staff were super nice and helpful, and I would highly suggest this type of workout, no matter what level you're at. Thanks so much Justin and to the entire team!

    After being a member for a year, I have to say that joining F45 Kapolei West has been one of the best decisions of my life. Once you walk inside the gym, you can feel the positive energy and know that you're going to get a great workout. F45-KW is very community-based. Everyone, coaches and members, are friendly and supportive. Absolutely NO JUDGEMENT here (that's what I hated the most at the other gyms). As a new member on your trial (just come and try it, it's FREE!) or regular member, you will see familiar faces and end up building an amazing relationship with one another.     F45 Kapolei west is a great location near me. They keep the gym and all equipments organized and sterilized. Of course they play music that keeps you motivated to push through your workouts! The coaches are knowledgeably helpful to correct your form. This place is FUN! I enjoy the classes & the challenges!! Useful apps that they provide for scheduling classes and checking our fitness goals!!!
