My very first time joining was very welcoming and i love that the coaches motivate you and I also love that they correct your form so you dont get injured im definitely becoming a member after my 2 week trial. The Gym is always cleaned and sanitized after so you dont have to worry :)I loved it I sweated even more than i normally do im definitely more motivated to stay more healthier now thank you F45 family :)

I enjoy coming to this gym so far, depending on what time of the day you choose to workout, the class size may vary. Overall very efficient and effective training I would recommend everyone to give it a try.

Very clean & welcoming facility. The class was fast paced with great music, an encouraging coach, and awesome peers for encouragement. Highly recommend if you’re starting your fitness journey or are wanting to spice up your current fitness routine.
