Zumba class at ATF Aiea with coach MJ is energizing and so much fun! She encourages, teaches and challenges us throughout the class. It’s an awesome full body cardio workout class!ATF Aiea Gym is kept clean and organized; no waiting for equipment. Coach Keoni is the best! He creates the group fitness program and has options for beginners to advanced training. He also gives us advice on pre and post work out nutrition/supplements. Always positive and supporting our fitness, health and nutritional goals!
Signed up right before the pandemic started, Coach May, Chanae and Micah were all great coaches. Julian was great as well. I started seeing new faces after we went back.. things weren't the same. No one consistent to sort out billing issues. They only care about collecting the funds.
Please read the fine print on your contracts. Everything will be disclosed there. If you don't pay you will be sent to collections & it's a hassle to get that handled.The gym is very spacious (upstairs and down stairs). I feel safe here because they require a fob to get into the gym at all hours. they have a lot of equipment of the same kind so you aren't stuck waiting for someone else to finish first. They have a water fountain & a section to refill your flasks/bottles. They also have sanitizing wipes throughout the gym so make sure to use it so we can stop the spread of germs around.The staff I see helping others a lot which is nice to see them involved.
