“My husband and I contacted Jump Ship to get personal training. Seth did an excellent job, tailoring the work out for our age and beginning fitness level. He also made sure we were using the right form for the exercises. It was a challenging but also a doable workout! We plan to do more personalized training with Jump Ship!”
“Tried Pilates with Krista and I am addicted! The difference in my posture and strength in just a few weeks is amazing!!”
“I had an excellent experience with Jensen at Orthosport during my two-hour RunFit analysis. I originally booked the session because I was experiencing knee pain every time I ran, and it turned out to be one of the best investments I’ve made for my running.
Jensen conducted a comprehensive assessment of my running form and spent a significant amount of time coaching me through specific changes to improve my technique. He was incredibly patient, thorough, and explained the biomechanics behind each adjustment in a way that was easy to understand. Rather than just pointing out what needed to change, he helped me understand why those changes mattered and how they would help reduce stress on my knee.
The session gave me valuable insights and practical techniques that I can continue to apply to minimize—and hopefully eliminate—my knee pain while running. I left feeling much more confident in my running form and with a clear plan for improvement.
Overall, it was a very positive experience and absolutely worth the cost. I highly recommend Jensen and the Orthosport RunFit analysis to anyone looking to improve their running efficiency, prevent injuries, or address pain while running. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.”
