Each is uniquely qualified and both have first-hand experience playing at the next level which gives them a deeper understanding in what they want to accomplish when they train. That next level mentality is passed on to the athletes when they train so they develop both physically and mentally. As with everything, you'll always get back what you put in so the results will coincide with the effort... But if you dedicate all of yourself to the process, the sky's the limit with these guys. 1 on 1 trainings are worth every penny as the focused attention allows the workouts to have a higher intensity and impact on you/your athlete. I've been going to Soho Hair Salon consistently for the past two years and it's for a good reason. The service is always phenomenal, no matter who my hair stylist is. I believe I've had my hair done by three or four different people at the Ko Olina location and all of them meticulously cut my hair. I was initially drawn to this place because their price for Japanese hair straightening was cheaper compared to other salons on island that I've seen... and let me tell you, it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Not only is the price better compared to other salons but they make sure to make every strand straight. Whether I'm getting my hair cut or straightened, it always feels like I'm being pampered at this salon. Btw, I highly recommend everyone to try out the head spa option when you can. It is the most relaxing service I've had from a salon, ever. They really massage your scalp well! I've always had very positive experiences here and I highly recommend anyone to try Soho out! As a side note that's not completely related to their services: I was once able to practice my Japanese speaking skills during an appointment which was a pretty neat bonus but I definitely need to learn more vocabulary.

I wanted a hair cut but wanted to look for a good stylist. I found Salon Dana through Yelp and Instagram. They did look pricey and out of my budget. But I figured I give them a try since I heard good things about this place. I been going to another salon before I found Salon Dana, and I just didn't like the service everytime I go there, but since it was closer to home it was more convenient for me. I made an appointment online and I booked with Wendy (@hairbywndy). Booking an appointment was easy. Finding the place was easy. There's a couple parking stalls in the back housing area, just make sure to look for their stalls. There is also streeet parking, and you can also park across the street where there's a public park. I had my haircut and wash/blow dry done by Wendy and I absolutely loved it! Wendy is so nice and friendly! I loved how I could just yap about my stay at home mom life with her and she just listens to you, kinda like therapy. LOL I have no social life!! Anyways, I'm glad I booked with Wendy and found a salon I really love. She was also super helpful with the products I wanted to purchase for my hair. It's also nice that l'm able to message her on her IG. She responds in a timely manner. I went to Wendy for a hair cut the first time. Then went back to her twice for Highlights Services. And let me tell you!! She did not disappoint!! Ughhh I just love how my hair looks every time I leave the salon. Thank you Wendy for making my hair look beautiful! I will definitely be back!!

Today was my first time at Mehana Salon and I had a fantastic experience with Jenny. She fit me in last minute, was incredibly friendly and treated me with aloha. Jenny is truly great at texture and really listened to my needs. The parking was easy, and the location felt very welcoming, clean, and professional. The entrance might look more like a home than a business, but you're welcome to walk right in. Inside, there's a reception counter, and her studio is well decorated with a customer focused atmosphere. For a stylist with 20 years of experience, the price was very reasonable. Plus, they offer convenient online booking services for new and returning guests. Highly recommend Mahana Salon!

Linda had to redo another artists work and she did an amazing job! Previous artists work was lumpy and overall messy. I came back for a redo and luckily Linda was there. She was very fast and her work was very clean and evenly applied.
I’m pregnant. I decided to treat myself and not only was the staff welcoming, but very attentive and made sure that I was ok and comfortable during my pedicure and manicure and checked very often if I needed to walk around or stretch. Very sweet and I loved how my nails came out! 10/10 service! :)
I had the nicest and most gentle woman do my manicure. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was awesome. Nails came out great too! My total was $59 because the nail design and the gem were both separate additional charges on top of the gel base price. I came back a read some other reviews and am revising my review. The customer service is great, but I agree with another review saying there is no sanitation. I wasn't asked to wash my hands. She told me to use only water to get the dust off. I also didn't notice any new tools being switched out. They were all super busy and then the second someone was available I was taken to a seat.
I really like this place, they are very punctual and fast. Everything is scheduled and structured to time. I did recently have a little issue but the manager gave me a call and cleared up any ill feelings I had. It was a minor setback that's been cleared. The do clean work, you won't be disappointed.

The Lash Out Bar has become a 2nd home to me. I’ve been utilizing lash extension & lash lift services since 2023, when they were at their previous location. Their current location has ample parking & (for me) conveniently 2-5 minutes from home.
Honorable mention to my lash artist ✨PRINCESS✨there have been many times I’ve been tempted to take a lash break but quickly reminded that I “NEED” lashes. Lash extensions are a luxury service & have become a need for me.

I have been trying to find a hairdresser for many years, (since moving to Hawaii in 2018). Unfortunately, each time I find one that I like, they move to another salon or retire. Donna owns O Salon, which is one of the reasons I decided to go here. Plus, she looks like she is too young to retire for quite a while!
I was looking for a classic bob haircut and I seen a picture from Hair Day Salon so I decided to chance it and get my hair done. I'm just unbelievably amazed on how beautiful my bob turned out. Ara is great at what she does. I'm a first time customer and wanted someone close to home and also considered reviews. She had lots of good reviews. My plan was to just cut my hair but after my consultation I ended up doing an all over burgundy color. Wow! My hair looked refreshed. I cut about 5/6 inches off or more to achieve my bob haircut. As I waited for my hair color to process Ara did a male haircut & a long layer trim. Both haircuts came out really nice. I would definitely recommend her to my family or friends. The Salon is difficult to find. I google maps did NO justice. Google maps took me farther away from the location. There's lots of street parking. I say the best way to know where the salon is located is if you're driving through Kakala St and want to exit onto Kapolei Parkway and exit is the one that is blocked from going straight across to Kapolei DMV or turning left towards Costco. You can only turn right on Kapolei Parkway. I hope that made sense. Overall great experience. I love my haircut & color. Salon is clean, organized & vibe is relaxing. My next hair appointment is set!
The experience here is always amazing. The owner is very knowledgeable and really takes care of her clients. This is my 4th time being waxed by Marilyn and as always I’m very satisfied! I’m currently pregnant and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and she even did a belly mask!
My favorite lash supply! Lash Meka makes the best lash adhesive I've tried so far. When I made the switch to Lash Meka products, I got such positive feedback from my clients!! No more stinging watery red eyes from glue fumes (which made for better after photos as well!). A lot of my clients even saw improvement with retention and come to their fill appointments with most of their lashes still in tact! Might not seem like a big deal, but using better products has helped me level up my business and keep my customers coming back. I got the super deluxe pedicure, which includes parrafin and hot stone massage. The pedicure lasted about 50 minutes and was amazing! You can call ahead to make an appointment (recommended) but they also take walk-ins. It's a nice little space and everyone there is super friendly. Great service and experience overall. This will be my new go-to!

This was a fantastic experience! They truly pamper you from start to finish. I had a facial and a massage. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and I added on a light peel that made my skin glow! The masseuse was so good! I would highly suggest to add on the coconut hair treatment as my hair has an amazing shine! Oh and do not miss out on the essential oil nose ring! Seriously just ask! I would highly recommend the spa and it is worth every dollar!
What an incredible experience. Greeted from the time we stepped foot in the door, and escorted to the beautiful reflection room, the change rooms and lounge area were beautiful and clean. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgable about the culture and techniques of the services they offer and the vibe they strive for. The atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. I found myself lounging and drifting in and out of sleep outside under a tree in the hydrotherapy garden. I could listen to the calm of the breeze and chirps of the tropical birds all day. Our massages were fantastic. The therapists that worked on us were very kind and thorough. The lounge area has lots of snacks and beverages to choose from. The steam and saunas were clean, and very relaxing. The pools and baths in the garden are perfect temperatures for a refresh and relax following your treatment.
I myself work in the spa industry, and it is tough for me to find relaxation, and I was able to achieve it at Laniwai. I would 100% come back to this spa!

We have used Aloha Chem-Dry at Tiffany & Co in Waikiki for nearly a decade. Chris always does a great job with our carpets and furniture upholstery. He is easy to schedule with and always on time. Chris was able to clean our couches and chairs and get them looking like new. Our carpets get soiled heavily being near the beach and Chris keeps our carpets looking great with their extraction techniques.

My unit is a 2bedroom condo with carpet. Denience was very aware of the cleaning standard upheld by property management. True story. I slipped a year ago and fell on my back I new it was eventually going to cause a problem if I didn't go to a chiropractor. I lost my chiropractor who passed away Dr. Rex so ? I put off looking for a new dr. Well, I developed lower back pain if I sat or stood too long. I started to notice aches in my joints, stiffness, swelling, and my knee started to hurt. Even my corporal tunnel, tendinitis started to act up with my hands. So I changed my insurance carrier to include my chiropractor and accupuncture visits bcuz I knew I would need it. And I was right. On the day of my visit I got my appointments mixed up, got lost, and Dr. Bloom still made time to see me. Best thing I did. I noticed instantly that after adjustments, I wasn't stiff, i had no knee pain, and generally felt better overall. She did find my alignment was off as to why the knee pain. I felt more focused today and not as fatigued. No back pain. Omg. Why did I wait so long. Thank you Dr. Bloom. It was worth the switch in insurance to be able to see u every 3 weeks. Best decision I made.
My only complaints are it’s a little confusing to find and figure out parking.
Otherwise this was a phenomenal experience. I had Camille and will absolutely be coming back. That was the massage I’ve always wanted and never quite got. The pressure was just right, and she was able to attend to requests that any other place I’ve gone to turned down (specifically targeting my knees). I would recommend this to anyone.
Such a great place, everyone is so friendly, the hours of operation allow for so much flexibility, and above all, excellent treatment, and attention to detail. Really beautiful interior, everything is clean, everyone is concerned about your comfort. All of the therapists are either in training or Licensed, but all of them, whether in training or fully licensed have been phenomenal.
It’s a repurposed home that doesn’t look like a business from the outside but once inside, it’s a whole experience! they greet you at the front door and walk you into your tastefully set up room. They were able to customize our massages to target our requested areas and did an amazing job! You can tell they’re well experienced. The service was wonderful and we were even able to use our HSA card. Highly recommend!

You do need to be sure you stay on top of scheduling for each of your appointments. I make sure that immediately after each session, I schedule my next visit for the following month. But, their text list is always great as well to inform you if someone cancels so you could get in sooner.

It is my first time trying Acupuncture and it’s a first time a therapist has took the time to listen to all my body concerns, have follow up questions after my answers, and ask me what my priority goals were. She is very thorough in her placements and is happy to answer all my questions of what each location of needle connects to. She makes sure I am comfortable and asks how my pain areas are feeling. I always find myself dozing off and feeling amazing the moment I walk out the door. I have my third appointment booked with her and will continue to book. Her determination to help me alleviate my pain areas and help me with my PCOS makes me a returning customer!
I have been seeing Henry on and off for several years for an assortment of ailments. He listens to my concerns and comes up with a plan that truly feels like "magic happened". He is very knowledgeable and a caring soul. When things warrant a special concoction of herbs he always makes the right choice and within a day you know you're on the mend.
