True story. I slipped a year ago and fell on my back I new it was eventually going to cause a problem if I didn't go to a chiropractor. I lost my chiropractor who passed away Dr. Rex so 😔 I put off looking for a new dr. Well, I developed lower back pain if I sat or stood too long. I started to notice aches in my joints, stiffness, swelling, and my knee started to hurt. Even my corporal tunnel, tendinitis started to act up with my hands.
