Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth every penny? YES.My husband and I booked a couples Lomi Lomi (traditional Hawaiian) 50 min massage. Slightly apprehensive with sticker shock, we stuck with the shorter, cheaper option. During and after the service, I wish I would have booked the longer service. You are getting so much more than just a massage. This is an EXPERIENCE. This spa has it all!My husband and I really enjoyed the hot jacuzzi and cold plunge combo before the treatment, as well as the sauna and steam room. This space is gorgeous, and everyone who works here is fantastic. However, my one complaint is that this is the only serene, kid-free area in all of Aulani, and you have to pay to use it. Not the spa's fault at all; Disney needs to reevaluate and redesign its adult areas (of which there are none).

Laniwai Spa lived up to it's reputation. Not only are you treated to a Hawaiian massage of your choice, but you get to spend an hour before it in the outdoor Hydrogarden. It's where you can dip your toes in any of their three soaking pools, stand under any of their six rain-style showers, sit in a warm whirlpod bath or take a plunge in an ice cold pool. My husband and I did it all and loved it. There are also indoor steam and dry saunas, but not as fun as being outside. We had the Signature Lomilomi Massage. It was blissful and you come out feeling like jelly. We loved the experience and want to do this again whenever we return to Aulani.
