Everyone in the salon is so friendly and welcoming. Kou did such an amazing job giving my hair a trim and keeping it long! And a great head massage! I feel like my hair is beautiful. Thank you! The pricing is so good for the island... I'll be back :)
Normally I go to a barber, but came here because they were open on Sunday and close to my hotel. It was my first Japanese haircut and I'm glad I went, the haircut was exactly what I was after and the head massage was worth the extra money I paid.
Pros This place has nice employees that is a huge plus Organized and clean decent pricing I love love that you can book online and they give reminder texts Cons Parking, you have to pay and they are very strict so make sure you don't go over even just 5 to 10 minutes. Been here 3 times. Let's just say 1 out of 3 times I walked out with what I actually wanted. Yes, I told them what I wanted and showed pictures. I value customer service over results. So I would give 3 1/2 but can't so 4 stars because everyone is super nice
