Excellent service and care at Laulima PT in Kapolei.Nicole DPT, is experienced, professional and caring.Herniated discs, sciatica and arthritis had me in pain. My sessions at Laulima PT with Nicole DPT, have reduced my pain significantly, helped relax the muscles in my back and legs, reduced my sciatica pain, helped me with stretching, and given me confidence through education on exercises, postures and postioning.I leave every session with a reduction of pain, confident I've learned something new, relaxed by Nicole's calm, professional demeanor and happy I made the decision to give physical therapy a try. What a difference this has made.
I've been to four visits thus far and I can only sing praises! Nicole is my PT and she is just the sweetest! I had a little difficulty finding the office for my first visit, so she stood outside to make it easier for me. Nicole is the epitome of excellence for care and service! She has such a polite demeanor and is very compassionate. She demonstrates exercises that need to be done to strengthen me and then assures that I am executing them appropriately by having me do a few. I first went to an urgent care that said I may be back to normal in 4-6 months. Nicole's care has made me feel as if I'm going to be back to "normal" a lot sooner. She is wonderful. I've been to her when I 1st went on Work Comp. and as big as I was, she put me back together again. She is petite, but she knows what she's is doing. The best is that she only uses her 2 hands and her body weight. Her name is Martina.
