We've had the honor of knowing Red for years prior to this service; so when we desperately tried to squeeze a bit more life out of our carpet and get it professionally cleaned, we knew he was the only person we could trust with the job. Despite his hectic schedule, Red managed to fit us in right away; which, as many of us know, is no longer an easy feat considering how crazy life on Hawaii currently is. I'm not much of a person that leaves reviews but this gentleman, Red, deserves one. He remained responsive throughout our entire communication. He was patient with me even when I was a few minutes late meeting him at my old place for the cleaning. He was nice enough to help me move a piece furniture off the carpet because I had not sold it yet. He was even awesome with my pup that I had with me. He's just a cool, respectful, nice guy working his business. Definitely looking for him again for my next carpet cleaning!Thanks again Red!
