Rod and his granddaughter came today to clean a white chaise lounge and wool Oriental rug. They worked very hard and long, to leave everything perfectly clean. Previously, Rod cleaned dining room chairs for us…a task for sure! Rod is extremely professional, clean, neat and pleasant. Diane, his wife, manages his office and is delightful as well. It seems these days it is difficult to find a qualified, friendly and detailed technician. Well, if you are looking for one, Rodney is definitely a find! My carpet cleaner of over 20 years recently retired and I was in the hunt for a new one. After calls to a couple of companies; I took a chance on ARise and glad I did. From talking with Diane, to follow up emails to a phone call letting me know Rodney was on his way. The carpets look awesome!!
