It seems these days it is difficult to find a qualified, friendly and detailed technician. Well, if you are looking for one, Rodney is definitely a find! My carpet cleaner of over 20 years recently retired and I was in the hunt for a new one. After calls to a couple of companies; I took a chance on ARise and glad I did. From talking with Diane, to follow up emails to a phone call letting me know Rodney was on his way. The carpets look awesome!!
