“I had my windows installed about 1 /12 years ago with Tropical Wholesale. I still love them and find that the customer service is excellent with them. One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. I see negative reviews about Tropical Wholesale but I believe it is just the competitors sending those reviews out. They get 5 stars from me.Debbie K“

“First contact with Satiago, 11/16/23 around 10:00 AM. Called back 11:16 AM, will come to do estimate. Estimate sent on 11/17/23 at 9:56 AM by Jayson. Gave go a head with the job. 11/18/23, 9:01 AM, received call from Santiago, 15 screens completed and asked if they can come this morning to install new screens. By 1:45 PM job complete.
