“AAA Roofing was really easy to work with. Toni & Benji’s roofers were EXCELLENT. Very professional and neat. Toni handled everything especially with the adjuster and insurance. Made it so easy for us. We had solar and water heater panels that needed to be removed prior to the work to be started. The company that installed our solar panels wanted $750/panel but wouldn’t do the wayer heater panels. Toni was able to find a company that was more affordable and able to remove and put back the panels. We’re so grateful for AAA Roofers. I just recommended AAA to my boss. “Shon’s crew did an outstanding job replacing our 1960s vintage tile roof with a modern standing seam metal roof. Where there was previously open skip sheeting underneath the tile, they put down a solid plywood base, added a waterproof high temperature stick-on underlayment followed by 1 inch foam insulation, then a good-looking Country Red metal roof and solar powered attic ventilation fan. I was very happy to see them do a thorough cleanup afterwards, and salvage nearly all of the old tile for potential reuse elsewhere on island. Project Manager Chaz kept me informed of their progress. He and daily crew chief Edgar answered any questions that I posed to them. I wholeheartedly recommend Surface Shield Roofing (SSRC Hawaii) and I’m hoping Google lets me append photos to this review as the pictures tell the story.“

From the very first call Taryn was so very helpful!
It was a very stressful situation with damage to my roof from the Kona Low Storm!
Taryn scheduled Hunter Ward to come out 5 days later, he used Drone to assess my roof damage and worked with me within my budget!
Got their crew out 3 weeks later!
The first day of work Kepa foreman, Eric, Richard & Kamilo arrived early, had to deal with very high winds, on day two it was so hot and humid and on day three was a combination of high winds and heat! But they we’re able to complete the total re roofing in three days, two days ahead of schedule!
I was impressed that Mike Torey arrived to personally inspect the roof, i was able to join Mike and Kepa to get a first hand look at my new roof!
Then Hunter arrived the next day to do a drone photo session, so i could get photos of the completed roof!
The whole experience with Torys was amazing!

“In mid-June one of my solar panels stopped working. From their web site I submitted a service request (at first I left a voice mail message but they then sent an email asking me to submit the electronic service request form). Sasha and Sadejsha provided rapid responses to my situation and questions, including explaining that they would have Enphase try a software fix and if that did not work, a replacement inverter would be ordered. About a week later they contacted me after Enphase could not implement a remote software fix and soon after we set up a repair date. I was happy that the new inverter was a free warranty replacement (Haleakala installed my system about 10 years ago so they have information on the system's history). There was an installation service fee but that is fine and was expected, so no controversy there. Kekoa came to install the new inverter. After discussing the best way for Kekoa to access my roof (rain gutters and overhanging roof tiles presented ladder issues), Kekoa did a fast inverter replacement and all is good. In all, it was about a 14 day process from service request to new inverter installation, which is fast for this type of business/situation. Mahalo to Sasha, Sadejsha and Kekoa for quickly getting my panel back up!“
