“I've been having problems with a certain leak in the roof in my patio and everyone, including myself, could not solve the leak. I've had my son's friends come and fix the leak. But, no matter what they did or I did, the leak persisted. Then I had another persistent leak occur in my entryway that I spent a lot of time and money trying to fix it myself. So, after being neglectful for a while, I finally succumbed to my wife's "reminders" and sought estimates from various roofing companies. My mistake the last time was to accept the lowest bid when I reroofed and I realize now that I could have avoided a lot of costs if I didn't decide to be cheap. Just so happens that I accepted Tulba's bid, regardless that he was the lowest bidder. The other companies were either way too high or they didn't get back to me. Sorry, but I forgot Tulba's first name but he actually looks like Augie T, but I never asked. When the job was being done, he never left and stayed at the job. I asked him if the roof leaked again, can I call him back. My roof leaked again, but when I called him he scheduled a day to come back to fix the problem as promised. Again, Tulba stayed for the entire repair and explained to me that redid all he could and if it leaked again it would be beyond the scope of what he replied. My roof did not leak the last time I had a good rain. I chose Tulba's because of cost, but more so because Tulba really seemed to be someone you can trust. “Review is for initial consult as I didn't need re-roofing after all. Mark spent a lot of time explaining how our insurance "estimator" said: "roofing shingles have major granular loss". Because of that we couldn't get our homeowner's policy renewed. It literally was just the edges of a few Presidential Architect 80 shingles where the water runs into the gutter and was no where near major. Marc lost a job from us by telling us the truth that our roof should last another 10-15 years. He even went further to climb on top of the roof and snapped a photo of the back side of our roof which was in excellent condition. Insurance co. would still not insure us; however, agent has another company lined up for us. We will be sure to call Mark when we do need to replace the roof or if our solar goes bad. “Had several leaks after the big storm in April. Tried contacting several roofing companies with no response. Then I got in contact with Discovery Roofing. Sheldon called back in 5 minutes and inspected the trouble areas thoroughly and explained what he recommended and why. Easy to talk to and very friendly and professional. Within a week he provided a reasonable estimate that addressed all the leaks. On the scheduled day, his crew came and started on time. Sheldon arrived too to make sure the work was progressing as planned They removed a pv panel to repair one leak. They added flashing that was missing and sealed the flat roof in the back of the house where water had penetrated. Then they coated the roof with silicone coating to prolong the life of the roof. Left the area clean and their work is under warranty. Would highly recommend for all your roofing needs.“

“I recently had Protech Roofing blow insulation into my attic. They spent about 3 hours and left without a trace. No mess. I can also say that anyone who has an attic should get insulation as it makes a noticeable difference. I will use AC less often now and when I do, it wont use as much energy. “Re-roof with solar/water panel remove and reinstall in April 2023, Mililani Mauka, couple mis-hap.Water heater panel was dispose by miscommunication (mix up with another customer living in the same area)but was retrieve the same day, no damage.Initial reinstall of the solar panel, no power output, they have to reconnect the wiring to get it to work (corrosion on connector, that's what they claiming).Different color on some of the ridge cap, the one that's visible on ground level is the same color, but some in the middle of the roof is different color(about 100 ridge-cap), but if you know what you are looking for, you still can see it on ground level, I point it out to the roofing company owner Bernard, (was told color will get darker overtime and will blend in), no big deal since you cannot really see it unless you are looking for flaw.After the job is complete, approximately 80 nails/staple/screw are pick up on the lawn with my magnet, I guess you cannot really avoid debris falling/launching from the second story roof during removal, but they should do a better job cleaning up, nobody want to step on nail screw staple on their yardThe company was refer from my co worker, I believe they are one of the cheapest roofing company around, the owner Bernard was very responsive to call and text, address issue right-a-way, not bad for the price I paid, possible use them again in the future, but they have a lot of room for improvement!One last recommendation, when the job is done and time to pay, they will give you the roofing warranty and a stack of paper work to sign, I highly recommend do not sign anything, just give them the payment and take the warranty. ( you don't want to waive any of your right)Also don't be lazy, go up on the roof and check, check the solar panel output, water panel is making hot water and no leak!“

We had multiple roofing companies come out to share information and give us quotes. All were pretty much in range with each other, but we selected Tory's based on feeling good about working with Noah and his family.We weren't wrong.The crew was friendly and efficient.
