“My experience with Torys Roofing was fabulous!
From the very first call Taryn was so very helpful!
It was a very stressful situation with damage to my roof from the Kona Low Storm!
Taryn scheduled Hunter Ward to come out 5 days later, he used Drone to assess my roof damage and worked with me within my budget!
Got their crew out 3 weeks later!
The first day of work Kepa foreman, Eric, Richard & Kamilo arrived early, had to deal with very high winds, on day two it was so hot and humid and on day three was a combination of high winds and heat! But they we’re able to complete the total re roofing in three days, two days ahead of schedule!
I was impressed that Mike Torey arrived to personally inspect the roof, i was able to join Mike and Kepa to get a first hand look at my new roof!
Then Hunter arrived the next day to do a drone photo session, so i could get photos of the completed roof!
The whole experience with Torys was amazing!
I would highly recommend Torys for your roof replacement!

“Shon’s crew did an outstanding job replacing our 1960s vintage tile roof with a modern standing seam metal roof. Where there was previously open skip sheeting underneath the tile, they put down a solid plywood base, added a waterproof high temperature stick-on underlayment followed by 1 inch foam insulation, then a good-looking Country Red metal roof and solar powered attic ventilation fan. I was very happy to see them do a thorough cleanup afterwards, and salvage nearly all of the old tile for potential reuse elsewhere on island. Project Manager Chaz kept me informed of their progress. He and daily crew chief Edgar answered any questions that I posed to them. I wholeheartedly recommend Surface Shield Roofing (SSRC Hawaii) and I’m hoping Google lets me append photos to this review as the pictures tell the story.“

“David’s Roofing and Painting, recently completed a wonderful job painting my house. From the meticulous prep work, scrapping sanding and caulking the exterior, to the priming and painting of the surface. They went above and beyond doing some carpentry work and ensuring our exterior lights were protected. They ensure thorough clean up around the property after completion.“

“While walking around the house I noticed that there could have been some wind damage to my asphalt shingle roof that MRC Roofing installed a few years ago. With the heavy storms and strong winds that we recently had I wanted it checked out just to be safe. So, I called MRC and Jon came out to inspect for damages. He took pictures of every roof face. He then airdropped me all the pictures of my perfectly fine roof onto my phone. I was relieved to know that their work done years ago was perfectly intact.

Our neighbors commented that the worker’s were not overly noisy but actually were “in and out” almost unnoticeably. What was noticeable is their work. High quality and Very clean workmanship. Courteous , professional and yet friendly crew while performing their duties. The “mess left behind” was also noticed to be very minimal and of light debris. This is exceptional as my neighbors shared their experience of still finding staples, nails and related debris after several years. One neighbor commented finding the cut singles (leftover) in their gutters or spouts. This was NOT the case with ProBuilt Hawaii.
