“Like O'hana. Michael, from initial phone call to project finish was like working with O'hana.Received quotes from four paint contractors and his prices were the most competitive. Commissioned him to paint the exterior wood of our house and car port. Ran into issues with rotting fence posts which he was able to replace and apply caulking and brackets at the base to prevent from occurring in the future. Upon job completion, wife was not happy with finish in one of our lanais and asked to repaint it. He was courteous and gracious about this request even though we had agreed in advance on the paint color. He had to return and work an extra day to remove, sand and repaint, and did so without complaint and at no extra cost because he wanted us to be happy with the work. Michael is a true professional. His crew worked diligently with a positive attitude, and left the premises clean. My neighbor was impressed with the quality of the fence repair and painting between our homes that she hired him to paint her house as well. She is an older lady and feels safe with his crew who have been nothing but pleasant and professional. Bonus: Michael has extensive experience building homes and has given great advice for other handy man work needed in our home.Michael is a model for how all contractors shouldwork!“

“Review is for initial consult as I didn't need re-roofing after all. Mark spent a lot of time explaining how our insurance "estimator" said: "roofing shingles have major granular loss". Because of that we couldn't get our homeowner's policy renewed. It literally was just the edges of a few Presidential Architect 80 shingles where the water runs into the gutter and was no where near major. Marc lost a job from us by telling us the truth that our roof should last another 10-15 years. He even went further to climb on top of the roof and snapped a photo of the back side of our roof which was in excellent condition. Insurance co. would still not insure us; however, agent has another company lined up for us. We will be sure to call Mark when we do need to replace the roof or if our solar goes bad. (Yes, he can do it all from solar to roofing!)“

“Had several leaks after the big storm in April. Tried contacting several roofing companies with no response. Then I got in contact with Discovery Roofing. Sheldon called back in 5 minutes and inspected the trouble areas thoroughly and explained what he recommended and why. Easy to talk to and very friendly and professional. Within a week he provided a reasonable estimate that addressed all the leaks. On the scheduled day, his crew came and started on time. Sheldon arrived too to make sure the work was progressing as planned They removed a pv panel to repair one leak. They added flashing that was missing and sealed the flat roof in the back of the house where water had penetrated. Then they coated the roof with silicone coating to prolong the life of the roof. Left the area clean and their work is under warranty. Would highly recommend for all your roofing needs.“

“I've been having problems with a certain leak in the roof in my patio and everyone, including myself, could not solve the leak. I've had my son's friends come and fix the leak. But, no matter what they did or I did, the leak persisted. Then I had another persistent leak occur in my entryway that I spent a lot of time and money trying to fix it myself. So, after being neglectful for a while, I finally succumbed to my wife's "reminders" and sought estimates from various roofing companies. My mistake the last time was to accept the lowest bid when I reroofed and I realize now that I could have avoided a lot of costs if I didn't decide to be cheap. Just so happens that I accepted Tulba's bid, regardless that he was the lowest bidder. The other companies were either way too high or they didn't get back to me. Sorry, but I forgot Tulba's first name but he actually looks like Augie T, but I never asked. When the job was being done, he never left and stayed at the job. I asked him if the roof leaked again, can I call him back. My roof leaked again, but when I called him he scheduled a day to come back to fix the problem as promised. Again, Tulba stayed for the entire repair and explained to me that redid all he could and if it leaked again it would be beyond the scope of what he replied. My roof did not leak the last time I had a good rain. I chose Tulba's because of cost, but more so because Tulba really seemed to be someone you can trust. If you need a roofing estimate, you should call Tulba'd Roofing for an estimate.“
