What I love most about Parado is that even though it’s semi-private my workouts are still personalized to my strength and goals. At other semi-private training gyms, I’ve noticed everyone just does the same program.

The coaches, Blake, Jensen, and Micah will definitely push you and won’t let you slack, but they are also just fun and kind people I like being around and talking story with.

No crowds, air conditioned, all the equipment you need and there is staff available. It’s open 24 hours a day 6 days a week.
